Recycling Sorting - Carriage (RSW)
Recycling Sorting Carriage RSW
Based on the experience made for decades already in the construction and design of rail borne sorting cars for the wood working and handling in sawmills, Baljer & Zembrod now have developed and designed an electric driven recycling- and sorting car (RSW) for application in halls, e.g. for the sorting of scrap and for the feeding of a scrap baling press. For this purpose the scrap can be moved on the complete area of the hall.
As to the electric drive (37 kW) one should mention that this solution is clearly more profitable than e.g. a diesel engine. The cost reduction per year amounts up to 10 T? x 20 AC. Compared to the diesel drive, also the maintenance costs are considerably lower. For the operation in the hall the electric drive provides additional advantages: No emissions are set free and the noise generation is relatively low.
The thoroughly and well considered concept of modular construction and design offers the possibility of an individual and expandable system. In co-operation with the client the technical specialists of Baljer & Zembrod are ready to elaborate the optimum and individual solution for each client. According to our experience each client requires his own individual solution.
Examples are:
- radio control
- track system
- crane cabin
