Round wood sorting and transporting carriage (RSTW)
The electrically-driven round wood sorting and transporting carriage is the optimal technical solution for mid-sized log yards working with long wood. A single operator can measure, cut and sort from inside the same cab.
The main goal is to increase yield. One fully computer-powered dimension and measuring system collects all relevant data for dividing the timber, resulting in lower operating costs than with a comparable machine using a conventional diesel engine.
Baljer & Zembrod is the originator of the RSTW (first model in 1965). With more than 2,000 delivered machines, we remain the market leader in this category.
